Broad bean stew is made from ten fistfuls of broad beans. You will also need a fire, a pot, and 6 pounds of water (a full pot holds 6 pounds). Eating broad beans alone give little nutritional value, but the stew is very good for you. One pound of stew (1/6 of the meal) will regain roughly 20% of your hunger bar. You will not get the pot back until you finish the stew.
